This little post office in our neighborhood is just the best! Always a friendly greeting when we open the door, and always a, “How can I help you?” The post people who work in this post office are so nice and they understand exactly what we need as soon as they are made aware why we’re there. From stamps to sending packages, or shopping the greeting card and magnet section, they are ready to help. Recently I had to go to another P.O. a few miles away. No one spoke at all as people came in and lined up for service. Some of us were treated with total indifference, and some with curt answers. Why is that? What makes the difference? Why do the guys at our little P.O. treat their customers with civility instead of rudeness?
Thank you guys on Fountain View. You are appreciated!!

Came here to ship a package via USPS instead of going to USPS. Excellent experience I was in and out in 2 min and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely come back!

I've had a box here for over a year, but today was my first time mailing/shipping here. The staff was super helpful and understanding. I got a letter sent with USPS, a chair returned with FedEx, and a company laptop sent with UPS, all with ease.
