Called multiple times and was even picked up then hung up on me. Unprofessional at the max. Honestly you cannot be for hours on end which I tried to do throughout the day. Just take your number off if you have no intention of customer support over the phone.
Edit: Now reading some of the reviews. This place definitely is not the place to drop packages off. Horror stories from others reviews. Something alarming if your business is losing packages after dropoffs! I'm pretty sure if you do business with these other big companies you get a small cut from dropoffs.
