Awesome family business! Me and my family went to take passport pictures for my one year old son and 4 years old daughter. They are really professional and patient with us! Plus we always went there to drop off our shipments. Strong recommended!!!

Friday I called and was told package could be delivered Saturday or Tuesday (Labor Day weekend). I chose Saturday. Went into store Friday. Paid to have package overnight. They were very pleasant and helpful. They said package would be delivered Saturday morning between 10:30 and 11 a.m . Contacted my daughter and no package. She contacted UPS and they do not have the package for delivery. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, no package. Tuesday I went to postal n shipping center. They were not helpful. Said they didn't have my package. They looked on computer and said package would now be delivered on Wednesday. My daughter needed the package Saturday. Our agreement ( that you get nothing in writing nor do you get a receipt) was for delivery on Saturday. I asked for my money back. NO! He says they will check with UPS on my behalf for refund. Man said leave my name and number. Do I expect to hear anything..NO. man didn't act like he cared. He sure wasn't going to refund money out of his pocket. It was his responsibility to be sure my package was processed. He was the up front provider, therefore, it's his responsibility to make it good.
I chose this place because it was close to where I was staying and it had 4.8 review rate. I really messed up by paying cash, being elderly (places take advantage of the elderly all the time) and they didn't provide receipt when requested. Should have suspected something then.
BEWARE. Take necessary precautions. Go to FedEx or some other carrier that provides receipt and guarantee and stands behind their guarantee.
Update. My daughter received a phone call from man running this business. He was rude to her. She has nothing to do with my business transactions with this business. Appears he tried to call me. It was a New York number. I don't know anyone in New York. I TRIED to call and talk to him like a business. Once he knew who I was; he became rude, would not let me speak. He certainly did not take responsibility for being "the point of sale". He wants to blame another business. He just does not understand that as the point of sale, he is the RESPONSIBLE party. This man needs to realize he lives in and operates a business in the USA. He also needs to learn respect for others, especially women and most especially the elderly. I worked all my life with the public in various places. The CUSTOMER is always right.
Again he's the point of sale and has all the responsibility. That's the way business is done. I don't care about what his subcontractor or whoever does. This business is responsible for any and all business transactions done through his business.
If he was a regular service provider, he would have refunded me my money and done what he could to get his money back from his contractor. I'm so sorry this man just doesn't listen. He's a know it all.
I'm blocking his phone number as he doesn't want to listen to anyone but himself.
FYI. I went to college, I am not an illiterate. Just angry because he has no respect for anyone, mostly women, and no business knowledge.
PLEASE DON'T CONTACT MY DAUGHTER AGAIN. This business transaction is between me and you and your business.

We've been coming to postal n shipping center since we moved to Houston about 2 years ago and they've been the best and the friendliest and the most dedicated establishment! The husband and wife team there are always super chill and always greets everyone. We also rent two mailboxes there and they've always took care of all our mails and packages. Good communication and honestly, just good people there. Highly recommend postal n shipping!!!

This full service postal store is the best kept secret in my neighborhood, and I found it quite by accident. I used to wait in line each time I went to the UPS store, only to be waited on by indifferent and sometimes rude associates. Contrast that with POSTAL N SHIPPING CENTER where they are helpful and friendly. You rarely wait in line because they provide such quick service. They are a full service postal center in that they offer the following: shipping and packing supplies, pack and ship for you, copy, print emails, scan and faxing. They do business cards, passport photos, make keys, rent mailboxes and offer notary services. UPS, FEDEX and DHL pick up at their store. They are organized, professional, and the store is well kept. I'll never go to the UPS store again!

Very friendly & helpfully store. I have shipped several items locally & internationally. They have always suggested ways I can ship the items at the best price & by the fastest means. They even repacked some of my delivery items so it could fit the destination country requirements. Talk about first class service. They are simply the best.
