They charge you for them holding your package for an entity to pick it up, its just a 2$ fee, but it such an inconvenience if you don't have cash, on top of that.. It's not advertised. I do not recommend doing this unless it's your only option. You will be better off going to a Walgreens with Fedex on site where your business is appreciated and won't be charged.

On 6/01/23 went to have my son’s passport pictures. After those were taken, Nicole found out they are out of ink cartridge. I guess nobody checks on functionality of their equipment. She promised it would be delivered on 6/5/23 and we could come and pick it up the pic then and pics (2) would be free of charge to compensate for inconvenience. I offered to give her my name and number so she’d add a note but she refused to take it. She said she has very good memory and will remember everything. Comes 6/5/23 I drove all the way to this post office to find out it still wasn’t delivered. Alyssa took my phone number just in case. Passport appointment is on 6/8/23 that I also clearly stated but was reassured they’ll have pics by then. I had to call couple times a day every day to find out the status. Nobody called me once to give me an update. Finally it was delivered and I went to pick up pics on 6/7/23 where Nicole told me to pay $12.99 plus tax. Her memory went blank all the sudden as she said that never happened and she’d never promise anything like that. Quality of pics she took was also bad w shadows but she didn’t offered any apologies nor she offered to retake the pics.This employee is very unprofessional and incompetent. Do not take your pics there and have witnesses when something is promised to you by their personnel.Very disappointing as I’ve been a customer for yrs.

I mailed a package this morning from this facility. The attendant did not greet me nor did she smile the entire transaction...she actually had a scowl on her face. I still proceeded with the transaction. After receiving my receipt, I left. I then noticed that she had misspelled the first and last name on my receipt. I called her back to see if it can be corrected but was rudely told that "WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, I'M ONLY HUMAN." She said that as long as the address is correct, "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT"!!! She then hung the phone up in my face!!! I called her back and asked why did she hang up in my face? She again (rudely) said, with no apology, "I THOUGHT YOU WERE DONE"!!! I then told her that I had read bad reviews and was not happy with her customer service and will be writing a review. She said "OH WELL...GO RIGHT AHEAD" and hung up in my face yet again. WOW...at this point, I'm only hoping that my package arrives on time. SmhSo sad...especially since I was nice and cordial with her!!!
