I closed my business for a delivery from P2P. They just confirmed the delivery this morning, Thursday, March 21, 2024, that is supposed to take place tomorrow, Friday, March 22, 2024, between 9 and 11 a.m. I get a call at 4:45 p.m. right before the P2P office is closing to let me know P2P is postponing the delivery until next Tuesday! What??? I shut down my business, rearranged my clients' schedules, prepared the office, etc. Now, I'm supposed to rearrange my clients' schedules again, stay closed until next Tuesday and lose five days of revenue (I rely on my office furniture that's already relocated to serve my clients) because this company can't find a solution to THIER truck problems??? Put your company's (P2P's) problems on the client??? I don't run my business like that! What a sorry excuse for a company. I told the caller to have the owner call me to work out a solution; I bet that will not happen either.

My delivery driver was very communicative. He called when he was 25 minutes away and when he arrived. I was running late from work and he waited for me to arrive with no problem. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes and took all trash with them. Very happy with the delivery service.

The delivery guys were efficient and very nice! They came within the first hour of the time frame given. Our couch came undamaged and in perfect condition.

Deliver service was great! Call me when they were almost here, text me appointment time in advance, and install out table very fast. They also clean up n take trash with them. Very happy with the service.

Ordered outdoor furniture from Frontera … they contracted Pilot / Point2point /last mile for White glove Delivery …Point 2 point appt was apparently cancelled to my home but no one communicated that to me. My husband took a day off from work to stay home to sign for and receive delivery. I Spoke to mark , Francis and Gabby the manager. I Asked them to please reroute a delivery truck to my house this same day since we have now missed a day of work and we do not want to take additional days off . My home is only 15 minutes from the warehouse , … I was told “no trucks are available in Your area” by Gabby the manager … but my area, is their warehouse area, again, only 15 minutes away. This is the worse customer service one can expect . I asked how we would be compensated for missing an entire day of work, but told , “ we are simply sorry”,

We had a wonderful experience with Point2Point. Delivery of our furniture was within the time frame we were given with phone notification when they were 30 min. away. The men were quick, efficient, and polite during the setup. They also checked everything before leaving. Highly recommend.

Worst delivery company ever- bought lots of stuffs from modani. Rude delivery guys who forced us to sign some paper that they are not responsible for damages done in the house- well they scraped the whole stairs walls in a newly built house - they put holes in the walls, dented new stairs . Refused to pay for repairs - rude manager who think she owns the company. No apologies offered. She instead blame us for the poor service- go figure.Second delivery was okThird delivery we waited from 12- 7pm. Never showed up - called their customer service who gave an ETA at 5.45 pm- at 6pm called back noone answers. Driver calls at 7.05pm with 20mins eta. It was my birthday - wasted whole day for dumb company to give an ETA.Owner must be immune to such negative comments as long as they are making money
