Visited this location the other day. I do like that it’s roomy. It wasn’t busy when I went around 3pm. The wait wasn’t long, Outside of it being several windows to help others..only one was open. Didn’t bother me. However the employees look like they hate their job. Definitely wasn’t impressed with their customer service. Assistant manager Nadia has the most unpleasant look about herself, her demeanor comes off funky. Also I wasn’t told that I needed my picture taken, which was fine. What wasn’t cool was that while I’m in my phone the girl just snaps a picture.. No warning or nothing. I thought that was tacky and weird.

Alex helped me out today!BIG TIME She was amazing . My checks caused problems , and I wasn’t able to get a debit card because the system wouldn’t let her , and she still honored the card fee instead of the check fee . She saved me over $300 . Thank you so much Alex and I will definitely return !

My experience at PLS 77077 with Mi was excellent ! She worked very harder to make sure our needs were met & stopped at nothing to verify the check. She had great customer service & was very knowledgeable… Will definitely come back her looking for her if I ever need this type of service again .

Julie was so helpful, respectful, and happy even when there were unruly customers. She kept a level head and remained prompt on keeping order and helping customers! I recommend this location! Thanks Julie!!!❤️❤️

I was waiting in line and as i approached this girl she said to me " I'm not done with him yet" and put her hand up rudely to me as I'm already having a really difficult morning. Luckily, Kim the assistant manager was pleasant and helpful. Avoid this girl.

I had to go 4 times because my school wasn’t answering to verify but May was very helpful and extremely patient. She made the process less stressful for me.

Vanity was very pleasant and cashed my check in a timely fashion with a wonderful smile and attitude. The manager personally offered me a PLS card and it was also helpful. 5 stars. Thanks PLS

They had a long role of people with only three employees helping . This is so crazy been waiting there for more than hour. Pls fix the management or add more employees to assist customers

Ms. KA'NAIA was the only associate working the window and handled it very well. Multitasking helping several people at one time while still delivering fast and great customer service.
