Today at psl the manager Vicki and Hannah were very helpful took her time to help my brother cash a check that was turned down at another please they exhausted all options to get us the help we need and I truly thank them and will always come back here

Worst customer service ever. They didn’t want to do their job correctly. Every answer was call customer service 1800 number. Then I compared them to a different location and how they helped me. So then the manager told go over there. If you don’t like your job quit. I’m sure they can find another job somewhere else other than PLS. I wish a upper management can go
And retrain the management system . I didn’t get the management name of course because they didn’t even try to approach the window. They just yelled it out to lead person . She was a heavy set short African American woman. The manger was trying his best and the clerk was nice and respectful too. 1 wish is too much of a good rate for her. Thank you and god bless PLS
