This place leaves much to be desired. The shower is always cold because they complain they're out of gas. Now today the entire gym is hot, as I'm sure their AC is faulty. You're quick to take premiums but slow to make critical repairs. Will be looking for other alternatives. No longer see any value in this place

I pay for the black card to be able to use the chairs at least 2 times a week, however most of the time someone is away from the front desk and can hardly ever use them lately. What is the point of paying for benefits you can't use. As well glad they updated the equipment but some of the machines are not too great as im a bit shorter and they either don't move in position or they dig into my legs.

The service of the people who attend this gym is very rude, starting with the manager, who is a person without education and without manners to serve and the other people who serve are worse in rudeness, the previous manager and the people who worked before them were very good people knew how to treat customers, I was at this gym more than 2 years ago and they canceled my membership because more than a month ago one of those people did not do their job well.

I’m trying to build up my strength back into my body for after going through a battle of sickness and pain. But I started going to Planet fitness with my sister Elle and all is well now and working out for me. This Fitness Center is super helpful and clean if you need anything they will help with your problem and walk you through the process of getting back into shape.
