I had an event here on 03-04-23 after attending the open house. The owner is nice but this place lacks a lot of professionalism (from the manager to the employee's.. even the vendors) to say the least. Maybe it's because it's not fully established. Management needs to be and do better.These are the 3 major things I experienced that need to be shared...1- I paid for a banquet to feed 150 people.The owner sent me a menu from a specific catering company and I chose 2 plates to sample. The day of the testing I was sent to a totally different place (it was run down... not sure it was even open for business)and the food was horrendous. It literally made me sick. I called the owner immediately and he booked me a tasting with the actual catering company. I guess they were trying to cut cost?Then... 2 days before the party I was told I had to provide my own plates and forks because it was not part of the banquet. Maybe they were still trying to cut cost?2- I was supposed to be paying for 6 waiters. Only two (the young guy and older lady with make up) were actually waiting and the others were all crammed inside the small kitchen area while my guest were waiting on food.The food was served cold because I assume they couldn't figure out how to turn on the burners (one lady that was serving food asked me if I knew how to turn the burners on because she didn't know how). I will not forget the expression of the employee's faces when I walked into the kitchen area unexpectedly...The ladies that were serving food along with the person "managing" helped themselves to the food, drinks, and margaritas that I purchased for my guest without my consent. Toward the end of the event I offered them food to take home not knowing they had already packed several to go plates in their vehicles. When confronted... the manager stated they took the plates into a room to break and eat. I have NEVER heard of this. I was not informed that I would have to feed the people employed for the party.& for this reason....I bought exactly 150 specific type of plates and utensils for dinner. So why was there still food but zero plates? I didn't have 150 guest.3- I booked one of the vendors that were at their open house; "Party Time snack and decoration". I made sure to ask of it was okay to book separately or if I had to book through the hall. The owner said it was okay to contact her on my own as prices would be the same. The day of the event the person managing already had a spot picked out for the vendor ( I never told them I had officially hired the vendor but I guess they know each other). After the vendor was finished serving candy(the waiters got in line to get served as if they were guest)... she showed me the candy and fruit that was left over and asked if it was okay to start cleaning up. I said yes so she started putting every thing in ziplock bags as it pertained to me. When I walked away she pulled out her own containers and started giving the waiters (AGAIN) treats to go. What if I wanted to give extra candy to the guest? I should have been asked.They had no idea that my immediate family was sitting at the table parallel to the kitchen and right next to the vendor witnessing everything. I did inform the owner and asked him to review his cameras if he had any doubt in what I was stating.It's unfortunate because the hall is beautiful and has a lot of potential with the right group of individuals pushing it forward. I can't help but wonder how many other people they have done this to...

When my cousin got married, we arrived at 9 pm and the owner was already at the entrance returning all the people no matter who they were as if they were entering the living room of his house. A trash of a place. Only use it for a birthday or something small because that's the only thing that place is good for.
