My first time come here and I never come back , I asked Mark how much to fix it , he said it only $40ish . 1-2 days have some one fix it . Sound very good , when the tech come I asked he said less then $50 . It’s ok . Tech was really nice , he said pay at store but I gave $40 cash for his hard work in 10 -15 mins . When i came to the store , they don’t event know I own them to fix it n need to pay them but I remind them , I know I have to pay . Cost was $196 .i don’t know why they don’t tell me before n just tell me after . After all of that he said now is $60 to come n $41for supply . So I have to pay $101 . Totally different with what I asked for . I wish he told me what I have to pay before that service.

Very helpful over the phone, had the parts we needed, picked them up the next day! Don’t need the swamp thing moving in to the back pool!

Adding review here for management visibility. A truck of yours hit and ran on a fender bender on a parked van at 2500 city west blvd just 15 - 20 minutes ago. I called your dispatch to let them know. I work at the building next door, very unprofessional.By the time I returned back to the lot to find and notify the owner of the vehicle, the only other vehicle was already gone, The vehicle was a gray minivan and they probably have no idea that they have no damage on the back of their vehicle from that truck.They backed into it very hard, the whole van moved.. you guys have business insurance and drivers insurance, the two gents in the vehicle should’ve had the common decency to notify the owner. I even tried to honk and get their attention and they completely ignored me.Vehicle last plate last four digits: 4343

Called to get info about swapping out old cartridge filter to sand and they took the time to look up info and discuss with me my best option and that it would work without trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. Now I will to them first about my pool.

Idiot couldn’t help had an attitude. My initial need was a $3 gasket. Went to Leslie’s got friendly help with the gasket, left with $163 other merchandise.

Good luck getting a response for your needs. Totally incompetent, especially the weird looking bold guy.This is for the owner who replied:Go check your records. You have all details about me and when I requested the service. I came to your store twice to follow up. A whole month passed and still no response from you!!!Found another company which is really awsome, professional and best of all they don't lie.

I had some great experiences with Pinch A Penny. The ones that were unhappy, I kinda LOLed at them! The first guy that gave a bad review wanted to con the owners. (I was there when it happened) but over all it's surprisingly well managed because they are really cheap compared to the other Pool companies. Now I can actually relax in my Spa that heats up to 99 degrees while sipping a nice glass of wine. Thank You Guys!

Thank you Karen! It was a hard decision picking the right robot and you listen to what I need and suggested the right one. The robot is working hard cleaning the pool now! :). Awesome experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a blown up pump capacitor. I had the remnants of the exploded part, they not only had the part but gave me the absolute confidence to tackle this repair. The young man was also giving tips to make sure I did it safely. It was as easy as they said. Part was super affordable and they didn’t even try to sell me a new pump. Pump works as good as new.Can’t say enough about how good an experience I had.
