I really can't say enough about this wonderful pawn shop, hands down it meets every criteria of excellence in this industry. The owners are polite, respectful, full of integrity and knowledgeable. I have purchased many items and I highly recommend everyone to stop by and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Don't try to sell nore pawn anything here. I brought in 2 tiems with the receipts. However, they told me NO BECAUSE, it was purchased with a gift card. This is the only pawn shop I was ever told they couldn't accept it...he said the receipt had to say "CASH" I honestly couldn't help myself....if I purchased the items in cash I wouldn't try to tell them at a pawn shop...that would be absolutely STUPID..seriously if I purchased them cash, I'd go back to the store for my cash....so, basically, I knew what you were telling me was a bold face lie...however, no worries, I found someone that took them off my hands more than you would think of. For future reference. Know what you're talking about before telling someone a ridiculous story!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Was treated better than any other lender. If you are looking for help financially or are in a bind this is the best place to seek help or to purchase quality items this is my recommendation. Don't except less than what's fair. You want cash or a loan they give you am honest deal. SMC

The staff was very friendly and helpful, also showed respect. A lot of other pawn shop have rude or cold staff. My experience at Phoenix was a pleasurable one. I will definitely go back, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest experience.
