The staff are very unprofessional. Upper management needs to have a long talk.

Unfortunately, upon registration this center does not disclose that the extent of their care is archaic ultimatums rather than compassionate care and support through the difficult ups and downs of addiction. Steer your loved ones elsewhere as they will not be provided with continuity of care if a relapse occurs, taking financial and emotional advantage of someone in a vulnerable state.

I had a wonderful experience with Phoenix House. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I really learned a lot of useful information that will be helpful to me in the future. I highly recommend Phoenix House.

Currently attending Phoenix House right now. It's really a good step towards getting sober, no judgement, no concerns, great counselors, great attendants! Very open and anything discussed is secure!

Love this place. Great sense of humor and friendly clientele. The staff is very personable and are amazing advocates. I've been to several other IOPs in the houston and austin area and Phoenix House blows the rest out of the water. Cyrus is pretty cool too...

Very professional, very accommodating, the staff is so supportive and flexible. I was reluctant to sign up anywhere but now that I'm attending the IOP/SOP program I'm certain I made the right choice! I would recommend this to any addict seeking sobriety!

Phoenix house has surpassed all of my expectations in regards to a rehab facility. I feel welcomed as much more than a client and Cyrus brings a hands on approach to my treatment that makes it easy to follow through surrounded by support.

Nothing like calling for help and being told to Google it...
This place is a joke. The staff is not receptive, helpful, or even show the slightest bit of HEART towards the people that call.
