Fair gas prices and large storefront with more than most to offer. For a gas station in the city, they're a big one. I can't help but mention that I usually see the same women behind the cash register whenever I stop there, and they are always polite and smiling.

I just don't understand why they seem so nonchalant about getting their fountain drink and ice machine fixed. Considering how hot it gets in Houston, Texas: you would think they would be more vigilant and on top of things, when it comes to ensuring things like that are fixed. At least if you're not going to fix the fountain drinks, at least fix the ice machine. This is ridiculous, especially when you have to work out in the heat.

For what seems like a newer gas station, they do an astonishingly bad job maintaining their pumps. The same exact pump station has been broken for months now. And as I write this, another pump is also not working and not even flagged that it’s broken. No idea what the staff here actually does here. Also the customers that come here are super ghetto and awkward.

No receipt for gas and when you go in to tell the gas station attendant(s) they act as if it is an inconvenience. The customer service here is extremely poor, turnover rate is high.

The station is decent BUT the car wash is broken and the attendant won’t give a refund. They make you contact the boss. That is NOT good customer service, really it’s a scam.

They had a sign outside for the Monsters 2 for $4 wich I had gotten several times in the past but once they brought it up in the system it didn't show so I had to pay $2.69 plus tax wich in my opinion and past experiences they should have honored the sign

There is always a problem. No receipts thus no car wash code.There is a man permanently in the station begging.Credit card readers are not reliable.Employees are not very helpful.
