this compound pharmacy is ridiculous. I was a patient for almost a decade then they tell me when I pick up my medication this month which is hard to get that next month they will not be able to make it. My doctor had already sent next months prescription over there electronically we had to find somebody else that will be able to make it next month and resend it over there. I don't know how they know that they won't have the stuff to make it the next month but that is fine they kept going up every month 5 to 6 dollars in price. I would not recommend anybody to go there. I believe it is the people working there. I contacted corporate office in NY got no response ridiculous.

Constantly increasing their prices! Said they are raising costs incrementally. Raised costs 3 months in a row! Meds don’t feel right either. Not sure their compounding is accurate.

Jeana & Misty are Great! I have been using Innovations Pharmacy Houston location for years. I have 2 compound meditation that are hard to come by & other Compound Companies could never get them right. If I have my medications delivered they always are on top of things and I get them the next day. When I get a chance to go into the pharmacy Jeana & Misty are so helpful & answer all my questions plus show me new products, an example the CBD-INFUSED Smoothing Roll-On Full Spectrum Hemp Extract My Husband is 62 when he was 22 his hands got caught inside the Rock Quarry machine where he worked grounding them up like hamburger meat to his wrist after 16 surgeries & steel plates he was told he would be 98% disabled but that’s not him so he started work climbing & trimming trees then became a master Jaguar/Land Rover Technician every day after work his hands hurt horribly he has tried Everything nothing has worked, he tried a HEMP from Walmart but Jeana showed me the CBD-INFUSED Full Spectrum Hemp Extract Roll On I bought it that day he used it that night & less than 20 minutes after he put it on ( just a small amount) he looked at me and said That stuff REALLY WORKS NEVER has he said that about any other product. I later used it on my temples for my migraines & it is AWESOME! Thanks Jeana. Thanks to Misty too for always considering my health condition & using tops that I can work with we would not use any other Compound Pharmacy.Laura & Chris ?

I just want to say that the staff at this location is phenomenal! My daughter is allergic to food dyes, and they went above and beyond to accommodate her. They even came up with new ways to administer the medication when the old ones did not work. Thank you! You guys rock!

Signed up for auto payments when we first ordered. Had to call and cancel the rx. Just checked bank account. They have a payment pending after I had called to cancel. Couldnt take medication. It sent my handicapped daughter to the ER. They don't care about people and whether they can afford to eat or not.

Kim the new Pharmacist is awesome! Very professional, understanding and caring. Informs you if there's going to be a delay, giving you the option to go elsewhere if you want. But likely to be the same wait with any so at least you can plan.

It's frustrating to need medicine for your child ASAP (turned in Monday evening) and not be told that an ingredient needs to be ordered and the meds won't be ready until Friday. We weren't given the opportunity to take it elsewhere. We got a voicemail that it was ready on Friday. Great. Husband leaves work early in the pouring rain and gets there at 5:20 only to discover the pharmacy closed early. No notice, note, etc. So now my son has to go until Monday until he can start his medication. This is the last time we use this pharmacy. If we need a compound pharmacy again, we will drive further and go elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

My doctor phoned in prescription to Pharmacy Innovations as Walgreens nor CVS does compounding. Unfortunately this particular pharmacy charges a minimum. My doctor advised me that the prescription would be around $30.00. When I picked up the prescription it was $52.00. I asked the tech why $52 when the doctor said around $30? The reply: "this company has a required minimum we must charge for ingredients brought in. " Whether or not other compounding pharmacies charge minimums I do not know. This is my first experience. But, buyer beware...especially when it comes to pharmaceuticals, that they WILL get you whenever and however they can. Also, the tech never thanked me...

I've been using Pharmacy Innovation for 5 years. Never had a problem. They have always called if there is a delay on stock for compounds. Answer any questions or concerns I might have. Very informative in my opinion.

They filled my hormone syringes with incorrect size syringes that could not be used for intended use.As was picked up late Friday PM, have to wait until Monday to return. Will let you know if they will take a return for incorrect fill of RX.

Findng a compound pharmacy with a specific medication prescribed is difficult enough and pricing is just as horrendous, but luckily I found Pharmacy Innovations because they helped me through the entire process. They understood my concerns and answered any questions I had. Thanks everyone for all your help & hard work!
