I love the cleanliness, everything is so organized and put together. The signs indicating where everything is very helpful for new customers. It was my first time visiting the Kingwood location and I’m definitely going to make it my store.

First time having my 5 lb Yorky mix groomed and was so unimpressed. Her eyes still had goop in them and were crusty, her little muzzle was crusty and there were several places that were uneven. I was told a new groomer worked with the dog and when I asked if the price reflects the lack of knowledge I was told it doesn’t work like that. Just frustrating after waiting 4 hrs for the dog to be complete and now having to give her a bath after she was groomed…

My dog had an 11 am appointment. I dropped my pet off at 10:40 am. He was scheduled for regular grooming and nail trimming. Time passed and I finally called at 4:10 to see if there was a problem. I was told that with him being a Shih Tzu it was taking a little longer ( mind you, I've had him groomer several times and have never heard this before), he had pooped in his cage and they had ro re-wash and complete his cut. I was finally able to pick him up at 5:30 of which I noticed this nails were clipped but not buffed. I brought this to the tech's attention and she told me he was irritated with that process (never called or texted me to let know that) but charged me for the incomplete services. I did ask her to take him into the back and complete thr buffing process of which she did.
What should have taken a few hours, took all day. Please work on your communication with the customer if there is a problem and fufill what is being paid for.
