This is review is for the self wash station. It is not worth $20 per dog at this location. This was my first time using this location for the self wash. I have used the location on Wirt road. Let’s just say, I should’ve driven the extra few miles to bathe my dogs there. At this location: An apron is not provided, the tubs were not very clean, and the dryers are useless. Do not take your dog to this self wash if you have a dog with a thick coat. You will be going home with a very damp dog. Very disappointed with this self wash station experience.

Nice people, competitive prices. We adopted a cat from this location. I love how Petco partners with the community place animals in forever home. We also take the dogs here for grooming and always have a good experience.

I like to buy my fish and supplements for them from this company and I have never had a problem, but today I was returning a fish that was probably sick and died from all the time they left them on the shelf with the old water, and the people who They helped me, they were very rude, the man was making fun of my name and the woman claimed to be the manager, but she was also rude, they were very disrespectful and what a shame that these types of people have to wear the Petco uniform.

I have been coming here for about 2 years. One weekend my pups grooming appointment had been canceled due to the groomer being out. When I asked if another groomer could do his groom for the day the groomer made up all kinds of excuses such oh its a rainy gloomy day and the weather can stress the dogs out ……. Like what? As I kept talking to the groomer she eventually just said no one else would cut Dior because “he doesn’t do well with the other groomers”. They turned me away and asked me to come back the next day. I returned the NEXT day and the same thing happens but this time im also met with an extremely rude employee.(one with tattoos all over). She had a HORRIBLE attitude and did not care to do anything as far as getting Dior groomed that day or assisting with a future appointment. Mind you I have been coming here for 2 years and he has been groomed by other groomers who have said he's done fine. I will never use this location again because of the Poor customer service. I tried another petco location and had a much better experience. 2 different people have groomed him and have said hes done very well. Makes me think there was a reason he was scared of several groomers in there besides Brandon.

This review is about VETCO, it has nothing to do with the store, the store is fine. Look if you really want your pet to be in really human and knowledgeable hands just don’t bring them to this VETCO, Dr Cleary is the worst veterinarian who ever take care of my dog, she just seems to want you to expend tons of money to end telling you your pet is fine when it’s not, guess what?, my pet has cancer!, another vet was able to tell right the way, perform the right exams and it was confirm.
One year and al half taking my pet with Dr Cleary and she never noticed a sign?, she did not even know why paws were yellow, in other clinics even the technicians knows that. Her approach is not human at all.
I read someone wrote about racism, I don’t know about that but being Hispanic that person and I, then I can relate, she always was very rude, evidently she didn’t like my accent.
I wrote this review with the hope other people reads it and take their pets to other place when they can really take good care of them.

The most complete pet supermarket in Houston, the price is not preferential, but the variety is abundant, the staff is friendly and conscientious! Hope that the merchants will discount the puppy's equipment and carry out promotional activities! Looking forward to a prosperous business in our neighborhood!

My wife and I had an Amazing visit with Dr. Holli in the vet department!!! She was a rockstar and took such good care of our new puppy, who was full of nasty worms!!! She created a preventative plan for him and made a follow up appointment! Will refer for sure!

My adorable kitti "His Majesty" had an infection in his left front paw,He couldnt put any weight on it,painful and unbearable.I was in pain myself,just to look at him limp,and his sad expression.I tried to fin a Vet near home most of places require an appointment prior to visit.Vetco was the great solution,not only got the first appoinment in the morning,but next day,which was most convenient.We got there about one hr earlier,lady at front desk was ver patience and polite.She helped us for the intake,and few minutes later they informed us Vet lady was in and ready to check on "His Majesty" oh Lord !! total relief.
He immediately was a lot better I could see it in his eyes.They took care of him nicely.I was recommended all what he needed that day,I still have the option to choose what I wanted to be done which is really appreaciated. "His Majesty" got the attention He needed that day.My dearest got home with his meds and ready to get well.I highly recommend Vetco.
they got promo codes for first timers and more.and All their personnel is very niceand helpful at all times,Thanks again for taking care of "His Majesty" my beloved son
