Took my dog here for a heartworm test. Staff was friendly. Only thing I was confused about was the vet didn't talk to me about my dog after the test. She didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me either. Instead, the vet assistant gave me a "receipt" paper that stated the overall summary of the visit plus the vet's notes. It was a bit odd considering I had to find out my dogs overall condition on a paper rather than for her to directly discuss with me about it. But at least they got the job done.

Really enjoyed coming to this location. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I decided to come in to bring my dog to the self wash, which cost 10+ tax. ! Included with the self wash, you will receive a basket with some shampoo, conditioner, a towel, and a shed brush. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tubs, as well as the grooming area, were very clean. They also have a drying vacuum to dry your dog, however because of how loud it was my dog refused to let me dry him. It was still a great experience overall! I will definitely be returning. Also, the self wash closes an hour before the store in order for them to sanitize and clean the tubs, o I suggest coming in earlier.

Really nice wash area - I have two dogs, and took them there by myself. There were clips on either side of the tub so I could hook up the one and wash the other. Nice and clean. And the dryer back there was awesome. My only complaint, is that the shampoo and conditioner they give you is VERY watered down. I was pretty disappointed in that I paid $10 each and presumably was paying for convenience, but didn't expect the shampoo/conditioner to not be quality. I'm not sure I'll take them back unless that changes -- if I do, I'll bring my own shampoo.

Awesome place to bring your dog and take them a bath, everything is provided unless you want to buy your own shampoo and conditioner. The chicks there are super awesome help from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. Sorta felt bad cause my dogs name is JORDAN and when I got to the register to pay the chicks name was JORDAN also, but she was cool about it!

Great special food selection for both cats and dogs. A bathing area with tubs where you can wash your dog. My Dane and I went in after the Rockets fun run, and the ladies who were working were so nice. They provide shampoo/conditioner, a towel, an apron for you, and you can even blow dry your pooch! A dirty dog no more! Love the concept; go check it out with your favorite pal!

This unleashed by petco is larger than some other petco or unleashed locations. They have a mix and match dog cookie bar which is awesome and a wide array of real bully sticks and chews. They have a bathing station with about 3 baths operating at once - for 10$ you get the station and soap for dog washing. They also have a free large scale you can use to weigh your pup while you are there. They staff is informative and friendly but sometimes it seems like they could use one more person manning the register or floor. There can be a bit of a wait at the register. They have a ride range of toys/kongs but not as big of a clearance section as other pet stores.

This place is great! Not a huge as a full PetCo = Not as much animal dander for an allergy sufferer like me. Getting a puppy next month and was checking on the puppy training classes. They sounded good, will be back in October.

Really nice pet shop! Things I like most about this pet store is that it has bonus items like doggie cookies, self wash, and a scale to weigh your baby. The staff is friendly! The guy that work here was actually telling me that the doggie cookies taste like human ones. He tasted them accidentally. They only $4.99 for a bunch. They also have sweets for dogs such as peanut butter cup like Reese's. The cookies smell so good! The prices are reasonable for the small items, though for the bigger items the price can get ridiculous. A section for cats, dogs, fishes, and other small babies. A health and wellness aisle too. PetsMart doesn't have homemade pick and slash cookies. Self wash is only $10--it provides you with a good bonding time with your son/daughter. The scale close by too. I'm liking this spot. I did spot doggie strollers up top on the shelves..they were pretty big. I usually don't shop at Petco, but this unleashed I would consider all the way. Right in the parking lot with Kroger near the Beltway.
