Don’t buy from this store. I see why they have so many BAD reviews. They will lie to cover themselves up and be quick to threaten the cops on you just because u told them how they run business. Well good luck because I called the cops on yall first and filed a complaint on the company. Even the cops were on my side and stated that yall have a lot of bad reviews. I’ve financed a maltipoo but they stated it was a Lhatese. This place even lie about the breed. How y’all a dog company but don’t know the breed of the dog? Just delusional. I also asked to speak with the OWNER, but the girl in the front with a tore up wig whose lace was lifting said I couldn’t speak. Girl why? Cause yall full of it. I asked to cancel my contract with the financing and the company, Terrace, was fine with it as long as I returned the dog. I was no longer interested in the dog. I don’t have to keep a pet that I don’t fit for. The policy clearly states “The BUYER feels that the animal will not fit the BUYERS household for any reason” and proceeds to state the reasons. They go against their policy. Like it’s just there for decoration? Then they have typos on the policy statement like they hired someone to type that up.

Got my dog from here 3 years ago that was registered as an Australian shepherd. a year after getting him I called to verify that it was a full size Aussie because he was still looking pretty small and they said yes. But he’s actually a mini border collie with no tail, I love him but don’t believe what they sell you .

Underwhelming ... Staff isn't much help they don't know their own prices or what's even for sale or not. Lots of puppies in tiny boxes lots of fish and crabs in tanks way to small for their size ..

I purchased a puppy from them 14 years ago. He never had any health issues. He passed this year. I look forward to getting new babies.

Animals are mistreated and not properly cared for in this store, and the owner replies with smart remarks, gaslighting anyone who mentions this. This place needs new management who actually cares about animals. Don’t support this shop.
