Worst business I have ever seen. They told me my couches would take 1 month to reupholster. It has currently been 6 months and they are still not done! We call over and over again but they either keep lying and say “tomorrow, next week” but then hang up and leave you hanging. A couple times we drove to the warehouse itself and they just try and push you away - and almost every time we go there are other people complaining as well. VERY disorganized establishment and service, I am highly disappointed with them. The parts that we have received have also been made awfully, incorrectly, and overall poorly. They do not prioritize their customers. Even when we were at the warehouse if someone called, the front desk lady would say they would come tomorrow then hang up and not write a note or ask for their name and information or anything. Very poor business. Do not go here!

They had my 2 living room chairs for 3 MONTHS. Everytime I would call to ask when they would be ready they said they would call me. Finally I went over there and asked where my chairs were. They hadn't even started on them! They said they would be ready by the end of the week. 2 weeks later they called. I picked them up all wrapped in plastic. When I finally took the plastic off 2 weeks later because I was remodeling the room I see that they did not cut the foam out where the seat cushions went around the arms. I did not take the chairs back because God knows when I would ever get them back! Word to the wise: REMOVE THE PLASTIC AT THE STORE WHEN YOU PICK YOUR ITEM UP AND EXAMINE THEIR WORK! I paid $750 for labor & material and am not happy with the work.

This is the third time i have had custom drapes made for my home. This company does a fantastic job from start to finish; from helping pick out complimentary fabric, design, and install. They came and measured, drew options on paper, have new fabric options and within a short time had my new curtains installed. I must say they look beautiful and make the home look, well like a home. I highly recommend them and they are super friendly and pay attention to details.

Great selection. Head woman was a pain. She kept raising the price on a scrap piece of foam I wanted to buy. I just told her to keep it and left.

There's a very wide selection of fabrics to choose from. I strongly suggest that you browse each aisle. As being organized was not their strong suit.

Excellent service and nice job I had two very high ceilings windows, very hesitant to do the window treatments, when I came to the store, the manager Peter gave me a lot of suggestions and help me choose the febrile and order sheer , then they came to install it, very professional, very nice job done! My friends all like the effects they give to me! Many ask this store phone number to order for themselves! I am very very satisfied!

Terrible service! i paid to reupholster two chairs, as well as to have the bottom of the seats fixed . They also promised the work would be done at a certain date. I went to pick up the chairs on the date promised, but they had done nothing and took them for ever to find the chairs in their own store. I had to wait two more days to have the chairs done. My husband picked them up since I was out of town. The fabric on the chairs was wrinkled, they had not pulled the fabric enough to finish the work, had threads hanging and the finish was very poorly done. Also, they had not fixed the bottom of the seats. When he wanted to talk to them in the store about how bad the job was done they acted like they could not understand English. I called and sent a text message to make an appointment to take the chairs back to have them fixed but they never responded.
