They don’t work on cars older than 20 years which is the most ridiculous and pathetic thing I’ve heard and then they reply with bs it wasn’t a random person who worked on it it was a certified mechanic just because I said he was a friend doesn’t mean he’s isn’t qualified don’t just assume things he works at the bmw in midtown so before you assume things gets your facts straight

They charged me for checking it supposedly well to see the problem they charged me 2500 and they didn't take away the noise supposedly if you pay for checking it they offer you a ride home if you leave your car not even that they offered me to call so they can check melo to take it and they told me they would It will take another day as if you didn't work, it just doesn't work here 6 months later I almost killed myself because of the repairs that were made to me here and the emails that notify me that they sent them were deleted where it said everything that they told me changed I think so that I don't sue them Because I almost killed myself, they did everything but fix the problem.

The staff was helpful in getting us a tow to the shop by a quality wrecker and were quick to diagnose and fix the problem promptly on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Thanks, Payne's!

I have used this shop time and time again, I get what I want done, no worries about adding jobs without notice, I am informed about the recommendation for my vehicle. The company has been good for my 2006, and 2013.

Haven’t had my AC working for 8 years, took it here a few years ago and paid $2000 for them to ‘fix’ it, didn’t fix it at all, was still only blowing hot air. Just had a random mechanic come look at it today and he fixed it in less than 20 min. There was a piece of burnt plastic blocking the air from entering the compressor or whatever. Charged me $80. This is why I don’t trust big mechanic shops.

My dad does business with them for his job. When our 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee gave us problems he immediately knew who to go to from the work he was used of getting from them in his professional setting. They deliver red and we are happy with them as our mechanic.
