I could not be more pleased with Deanna and her team at Paws in the City. They took care of my two rabbits while I was traveling for a couple weeks. I did not want to board them, given stress and other animals. My rabbits were given regular litter box cleanings, brushing, (food water love). The best. Photo graciously provided by Deanna.

I've had only great experiences with this company on the multiple occasions that they watched my pets while I was away for work, vacations, and military emergencies. Deanna is a subject matter expert when it comes to understanding and managing the kitties that I recently adopted. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Houston Heights area.

Deanna is the best sitter that my kitty & I could ask for. I have used her since 2012 & she is the most dedicated & reliable person you could have with your "children" when you aren't there. I have to travel with work & Deanna treats my cat as if she was her own. She knows all of her hiding spots - and will bring her out for cuddles & attention. Since I'm such an "overprotective mother", Deanna will take the time to send me updates & even pictures - which I totally appreciate. I completely trust Deanna with my pet & gladly recommend her to friends & neighbors.

Amazing and caring service! Deanna has been taking care of my dog and two cats for years. She is a wonderful and completely trustworthy person who will go out of her way to take care of her clients and their pets. Whenever I go out of town, I always feel completely comfortable that my babies are not only being taken care of, but that they are having fun (and sometimes I think they barely notice I'm gone!). Deanna takes the time to not just feed the cats and clean the litter box, but she'll also make sure the cats get plenty of attention and love! My dog can be difficult to take on walks, but she's wonderful with him and makes sure he gets lots of exercise and play time. Really, the best thing is that I can go out of town and not have to worry about anything. Deanna stays in contact with me, and I know she'll call if there are any problems. She also leaves a great summary of everything that she did and any little notes from each visit. It's just one more detail that makes her the best pet sitter we've ever used! Even with all her expertise and the time she puts in for her clients, her prices are affordable, and I highly recommend her to anyone who ever needs someone to look after their pets.

My three kitties are my children, and I wouldn't trust them with anyone other than Deanna when I am away. She treats them as if they were each her own. Knowing she is there gives me the reassurance I need that they are getting everything they need and more! I would recommend Paws in the City to all of my friends, family, and anyone in need of a pet sitter.
