It's a terrible product designed to try to include as many storage fees as possible and be as manual as possible to get your mail. They could easily dump the letters into GDrive or Drop box or something, instead every week you have to go through and click open this and send that - f****** terrible waste of time.

Extremely rude manager and customer service. You schedule an appointment and no one is there when you arrive. You call to discuss this with them and they get angry stating the person was on their lunch break during the time they allowed you to schedule to see someone. The manager behaves in an abusive unprofessional manner and it is more than clear the workers are treated poorly, since the manager states they are required to work through their lunch break.

Horrible customer service. I just called to ask if they would be able to help renew a passport within two weeks and management quoted an expedited fee of $2000. Asked if he was joking and he said, "I'm not his type of customer if I can't pay" and hung up the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service. Management and Staff are unreliable. Management unconcerned about customer time or money spent and will refuse to speak to you. Get your information and then ghost you. I regret wasting my time and energy.

Passportology is great! I was dreading getting a new passport and then I found this place. They made it quick and painless! They explained everything well to make sure I understood the whole process and made sure to follow up with me once my items arrived back. 10/10 recommend.

The service here was incredible!! My 9 month old wriggly baby + Greek passport photo specifications = virtually impossible. He was kind and patient enough to take and print several photo options in hopes that the Greek Embassy would accept one of the photos, but the Embassy was concerned that the government might reject my baby's gummy smile or tilted head and so they requested I attempt another photo... back to Passportology we went and he was happy to keep trying until the Embassy was satisfied (at no additional cost)! Amazing patience and understanding! My baby now has a passport! Thanks a million!

I would give more stars if it were allowed. I've never had to use a passport expediter before, but found myself in a time crunch. The proprietor of this company went out of his way to meet me at the office at a time that they were closed, and quite professionally took my photo, filled out the application, etc. But where he earned my high praise came later. There was an unexpected snag at the passport office, which threatened my quick deadline. That's when this company really shined. They went out of their way, and really out on a limb, to work what I can only call a miracle. In my experience, pretty much any other company in a situation like that would've said sorry and just issued me a refund. But for these guys, failure was not an option. I am truly impressed, and tip my hat to them. I know there are a lot of competitors in Houston for this kind of service, but you would be mistaken not to use this one. They are honest and will deliver.

I was searching for an affordable vacation to take my kids somewhere where it was warm during Spring break. As you can imagine, everything was so expensive for Spring break week. After exhausting Expedia and other online searches, I turned to Yelp where I found Passportology and Ramune. She went above and beyond to help me plan my perfect family vacation. We got booked at all-inclusive, family-friendly Moon Palace Sunrise Resort in Cancun, got non-stop Houston-Cancun airline tickets, private transfers in Cancun (worth every penny). She even helped us with one of our kids first time passport: set-up postal office appointment to certify our documents, helped with new passport forms, took our son's passport photos, and just hand-held us through the entire process. It is just a blessing to know they are nearby and ready to help us again. Thank you for wonderful memories!
