Not happy with the stylist Claudia. I went to her twice. First time I was not very happy with her but decided to give her another chance. First time I asked for highlights and a cut but she charges me for a brazilion blowout also. I asked her why she gave me a service I did not request and she said I needed it. She just did it without consulting me. Mind you they are not cheap. The second time I saw her I asked for a light brown color only. She was way off. The color she gave me was almost black and again she charges me for services I did not request. I will also add that she will take a picture of your before and after but she will take the picture before with no filter and after she does your hair she uses a filter to make you and your hair look better. Such a fraud. Don't trust these people.

I was very impressed with the two haircuts I got from Ennie. I even made sure I got one last haircut before going back home to France, as it’s difficult to find as good of a hairdresser as Ennie! She’s extremely skilled and passionate, and it shows. I’m glad I got to experience what a real haircut is like, it makes such a difference. And the prices are good.

Ok, I bought a gift card to support a charity fundraiser. So it was to help a great theater group. This had all the earmarks of a horrible experience. On their website they didn't really have any facial information. So I get there and it's a salon and all I Can think is great some hairdresser is going to give me a facial, which is never a good experience. Then 10 minutes late they ask me who I am there to see. Again I say I'm here for facial. Then they say oh you are here to see Mary. They point to Mary and Mary is from the far east. I'm not at all racist but about 20 years ago, a friend bought me a gift certificate for a facial. That woman was also from the far east and she refused to give me a facial because I was a man. She refused for religious reasons. I WAS SO ANGRY YOU CAN NOT EVEN BELIEVE!! THEY HAD TO GIVE MY FRIEND A COMPLETE REFUND, THEY WASTED MY TIME, BECAUSE THIS WOMAM IS IN A PEOPLE TOUCHING BUSINESS BUT SHE CAN NOT TOUCH HALF THE POPULATION. SO STUPID!!!! My blood still boils thinking about it. I FELT SO VIOLATED AND THE MANGER WAS SUPER BAD AT CONFLICT RESOLUTION!!!! What a completely negative experience. Enough about that... Mary greeted me and took me upstairs where it was hot. I'm not a person that does well with the heat. But she took me into a nice room where they had a extra window unit, so not terribly hot at all. Mary told me how to prep and I followed her instructions and got on the facial bed. Then the Mary Magic began. The service was old school and that is not a bad thing. She gave me extractions that hurt like hell. But I'll tell you why it hurt. Because they are extractions. She was thorough and I really appreciated that! Her touch was firm and confident. Not week and wishy-washy. She talked to me and gave me instructions and did not try to annoyingly upsell me. She was professional and did a great job!!! Would I go back again "HECK YES". THANKS, MARY, GLAD TO HAVE MET YOU!!!
