Visited once before months back and no one even acknowledged my presence. They were ALL standing around talking to one another and it was first thing in the morning with no other customers. This time I entered and the security guard eyed me, didn't speak but continued to watch me, and a very nice young man who was assisting someone else informed me he would be with me as soon as he could. It allowed me browsing time under the watchful eye of the security guard, LOL. The young man was true to his word and exhibited great knowledge, patience and courtesy when dealing with me. He also gave his HONEST opinion about various fragrances he was not fond of that I inquired about instead of letting me purchase them. They didn't have name tags so I didn't get his name but he was wonderful and I ended up purchasing 2 more additional perfumes I did not intend 2 because of his personality and he applied a Mother's Day discount when he found out I was a Mother. So Kudos to you for having him on your staff and I'm glad I gave the store another chance. You can tell the security guard to be more receptive, however, to potential customers. Not everyone is suspect.
