BUYER BEWARE. This company has problems with delivery, despite $395 delivery fee. My delivery experience was a nightmare. Recommend to call before scheduled delivery to ensure all of your items will be delivered. May require constant follow-up because they do not call prior to delivery with a delivery time window. The delivery driver only calls 30 min prior to delivery. One of my items was missing from delivery and it took several failed attempts and many days waiting, just for the delivery to keep getting rescheduled. Finally received it 2 months after purchase. Good luck.

We just came by to look at the showroom as we were considering a new outdoor kitchen. Really beautiful. Makes u drool. Had a nice experience with one of the employees. Sorry I might have missed his name because we were just looking but I think his name was Jeff. We’ll be back when we r ready to redo our kitchen. Trish from memorial… my husband was with me but he never writes anything on the internet so I am doing it using his phone.

Jonathan was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time necessary to help my husband and I figure out what would work for us and the space we have. He wasn’t pushy and made us feel like he was working on our behalf. I can’t wait till we receive our grill island and will definitely be recommending him and Paradise Grills to our family & friends.
