This place is an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. if you're going to charge as much as you do for for a coin operated car wash PLEASE make sure your facilities are running and on point, and to go into detail on what I mean by that, is when I use the high pressure soap I'd like to actually see suds and there will be actual soap mixed in with the water which there wasn't, also the wand housings are broken, and your spot free rinse setting definitely isn't filtered. if it is it's way past time to change that filter out. My vehicle was left with hard water spots everywhere. Have some pride in your business, And don't always try to maximize your profits at the expense of quality, have some integrity.

It has water..never any soap in the sprayer last 2 times...since they started hand washing in 1 stall..not putting soap for sprayers if you want to do it yourself.. I showed the people last time there was no soap on do it yourself..there is soap for brush no soap spraying. Went to 1st bay today and 2nd bay last time..I was going every week with no problems,but now Im wasting my money no soap.

First and foremost, I experienced an issue with the towel dispenser not providing a towel despite inserting the correct amount. Additionally, the vacuum service, priced at $2 for 3 minutes, seems excessively costly. This was my initial visit to this establishment, and it will likely be my last. The vacuum's air pull was insufficient, hindering my ability to thoroughly clean the front seat. Consequently, I will not be returning to this location and will instead utilize my existing membership at a nearby car wash facility for future detailing needs. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson, and I have noticed that I am not the only customer expressing dissatisfaction.

$3 minimum for 4 minutes. I deposited $5. No soap, basically water. Water sprinkled out of hose. So, not much water. I paid $5 to gently rinse my car. Potholes, mud, and rocks are what you will drive over at this property. If you want damaged tires and a dirty vehicle after paying to wash it, then please visit this West Road Car Wash location. I originally referred to the location as an express car wash simply cause I usually don't spend a lot of time washing my car at car wash locations such as this. West Road Car Wash was definitely the location that wasn't worth my dollars.

USED TO BE A RESTAURANT HERE , TAKE 5 WAS A BETTER OPTION. USED TO BE THE FLEET MANAGER FOR OUR COMPANY AND WOULD SEND ALL OUR TRUCKS HERE, STILL DO , WAY LESS WAIT TIME THAN OTHER AUTO SHOPS IN THE AREA . FIRE STONE WOULD BE 2 HRS FOR AN OIL CHANGE . WITH THIS NEW FACILITY ITS QUICK AND OUR GUYS HAVE WAY LESS DOWN TIME WITHOUT HAVING TO BOOK APPOINTMENT. THEY GO WHEN ITS CONVENIENT FOR THEM

This car wash is so expensive and there is 2 minutes for 2 dollars which is bad like for example if I’m trying to rinse the car the machine turns off and I didn’t even finish rinsing, in other car washing like this one is like $1.50 or $1.75 for like 3 minutes or more . I recommend you go see other car washing than this one
