Today (9-22-23 at 10:18AM), I decided to visit your business establishment at Paper Source # 43504016 Westheimer RoadHouston, TX 77027Store #4350. Roman was wrapping my product after I paid for service and materials. He walks awayfrom me, only to attend to another customer after my arrival. I was disturbed and was offended by his unprofessionalism. He returns, only to repeat the same offense. He abandons me only to attend to another customer arriving after me. I immediately address my discomfort and shared how unprofessional he was by ignoring a current customer and walking away without completing the business transaction. He said he was alone and he does this all the time because he is working alone! At this point, I was LIVID... I told him I was going to contact corporate office with my encounter with him and Paper Source.Roman must either be placed on probation or be removed from his position in order to mitigate such adverse experiences to other customers, especially when peak Christmas holiday season is approaching near.Compensation must be submitted via Visa credit card for Roman's unprofessional behavior which should never be acceptable to Paper Source Human Resources compliance and customer appreciation...

They have some special collection of cards and wrapping paper which I really love and find that it kind of exclusively available only at Paper Source. The quality is great and thats why its priced higher than normal.I have bought glitter cards about 2 years ago and have been visiting since to find something like those, and though I have found many interesting cards but those ones never got repeated, so I guess, what you find now, you like it you but it, there's no coming back at a later point for the same- this again makes the place unique as you can be sure there is something new every time even if the category is the same.

While I didn't find much in the way of writing paper other than a couple notebooks, they have a great selection of letter stationary, as well as wonderful greeting cards and cute tchotchkes abound. A must visit for anyone putting together an event needing quality stationary.

We were just there, and Amanda was incredibly helpful. She assisted me in finding for the perfect stationary and gift. The store was nice, with a large selection.

Employee dishonest and sneaky I bought several ribbons and papers. One had a half broken package with half the packing missing. It will be difficult to use. The employee and I have 3 discussions about this. She said she would give 10 percent off I was disappointed but accepted this. Unfortunately she lied and took nothing. Even after confirming that she did right before she rand sale. Unfortunately for me I trusted her word

I needed some thank you cards and found this store because it was close to home. As soon as I walked in, a kind employee named Ben limped up to me and walked me back to where that stationery was. I didn't find anything I liked in the thank you section, so he showed me the blank card stock and how to make them myself with heat embossing. I was blown away! Later on, I found out he's working with a broken ankle and still recovering. Ben was such a wonderful person to meet and I can't wait to come back to have him help me with my holiday gift wrapping!

I recently cane to visit the paper source location in Highland Village after my Sunday brunch. They had just opened and I decided to pop in to find a gift for a coworker. Upon entering the store their was already a customer at the register checking out. The older Caucasian man working the register looked at me as I entered and continued checking out the customer. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he was already helping someone, but once the customer left I was completely ignored. He didn't say two words to me or even acknowledged my presence. He acted as if I was a ghost. No hello, good morning, nothing. He didn't look up one time. I could tell that I was not welcomed in the store and I left. That was my first time inside of a paper source store. I normally shop online and I have always loved their planners and gifts. After my experience in the store I won't be shopping there anymore.

Great products. Store is really cute. The reason I gave a 2 star is because of customer service. When we walked in nobody greeted us at first i thought their was no one working. After I saw their was 3 employees i proceded to shop. Once i got to the front to check out it took them a while to get up from the table to check me out. They kept talking instead of taking cate of their customers. I love this store, but i believe that a big part of a business is customer service and their is room for improvement in this store.

I found this place through Yelp! I was looking for a place or a person that would be able to wrap a special gift. I walked in and looked around a little bit and then approached the counter to find out the process of getting my gift wrapped so you pick out a sheet and a ribbon to wrap your gift in I picked out a bow originally since I didn't know I needed to pick out a ribbon in order to get the look I wanted to achieve The lady at the counter suggested I pick out a ribbon instead so that I can have a really fancy bow and it would look more put together which I appreciated since this was my first time doing this. It came out amazing! The service is $8 plus the cost of material you choose! I have ribbon left over for the next time I want to get a gift wrapped here and there was some extra paper left but I'm not even sure what I can do with that honestly. Overall would recommend for your gift wrapping needs for those very special occasions!

This place really has everything! We were able to find a bar mitzvah card and of course I had to pick up a pom-pom pen because you know, why not. Their selection is unique and thoughtful. I love the way they color coordinate and theme things in certain areas of the store. It reminds me of a refined Hallmark!
