They were super friendly and helpful, had a large art piece I needed wrapped for a wedding gift. Short on time they took care of my needs quick and was reasonably priced.

I usually visit the Paper Source at the Highland Village location, but I chose to come to this one because it's closer to my house and I was shopping nearby that day. Overall, they have a great selection of products. However, I noticed that some of the prices listed on the shelves did not match the prices at the register. When I brought this up, the person checking me out seemed annoyed or irritated, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable and unenjoyable.
Which ultimately feels like customer service is not a priority. I hope for a better experience if I visit again in the future.

Today (9-22-23 at 10:18AM), I decided to visit your business establishment at Paper Source # 43504016 Westheimer RoadHouston, TX 77027Store #4350. Roman was wrapping my product after I paid for service and materials. He walks awayfrom me, only to attend to another customer after my arrival. I was disturbed and was offended by his unprofessionalism. He returns, only to repeat the same offense. He abandons me only to attend to another customer arriving after me. I immediately address my discomfort and shared how unprofessional he was by ignoring a current customer and walking away without completing the business transaction. He said he was alone and he does this all the time because he is working alone! At this point, I was LIVID... I told him I was going to contact corporate office with my encounter with him and Paper Source.Roman must either be placed on probation or be removed from his position in order to mitigate such adverse experiences to other customers, especially when peak Christmas holiday season is approaching near.Compensation must be submitted via Visa credit card for Roman's unprofessional behavior which should never be acceptable to Paper Source Human Resources compliance and customer appreciation...

They have some special collection of cards and wrapping paper which I really love and find that it kind of exclusively available only at Paper Source. The quality is great and thats why its priced higher than normal.I have bought glitter cards about 2 years ago and have been visiting since to find something like those, and though I have found many interesting cards but those ones never got repeated, so I guess, what you find now, you like it you but it, there's no coming back at a later point for the same- this again makes the place unique as you can be sure there is something new every time even if the category is the same.

While I didn't find much in the way of writing paper other than a couple notebooks, they have a great selection of letter stationary, as well as wonderful greeting cards and cute tchotchkes abound. A must visit for anyone putting together an event needing quality stationary.
