I had the pleasure of having Yesinia. Highly recommend her! She was very detailed and precise. Her work is just relaxing to watch. The hand and foot massage was great and the polish is well applied.

This review is based on my experiences getting manicures and pedicures here over the course of 2 years. Highlights below. Biggest thing to point out is the quality of their gels. My gel manicures and pedicures last well beyond the 10-day guarantee for about 30 days on average. I've played sports, opened cans, and reloaded pistols with my nails done, and in all cases, the color has lasted and NOT CHIPPED. This speaks not just to the quality of the gels but also the skill of my technician, whose name I will gatekeep. -- HIGHLIGHTS -- Atmosphere: thoughtful and well-decorated but no-nonsense at the same time (positive attribute); good music playlist Staff and technicians: professional, fast, thoughtful, kind, competent Materials: quality, great color selection that is not overwhelming or superfluous like other parlors Location: extremely convenient to get to and there's always parking

Horrible service. The first photo is for the first time I went there. It seems like a person without experience did my nails. I called them and they scheduled an appointment to change the color, I went to my appointment on time but the nail technician, I think her name is Christine, made me wait 20 minutes. When she was doing the change of color she was extremely rude, I even left with a finger bleeding. The next day one nail was already chipped. I don't recommend going there, it is expensive and not worth it.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Rebecca the esthetician was very professional, her technique and knowledge made me feel very comfortable and relaxed when it came to my facial and treatments. Definitely a trusted specialist I will be adding in for my routine.

For the price, I'd expect more.
I booked a threading service earlier in the week for a Saturday morning. I received a text 18 minutes before my appointment saying that my technician was running late and asking me to arrive later. I didn't see the text because I was already en route and my phone was in drive mode.
When I arrived, the front desk let me know that my tech was running late and that a text was sent to me. Since I was already there, the front desk lady said she would check on an update for me and retreated to the back. Another client walked in and front desk person attended to her and did not acknowledge me or provide an update. After a few minutes, I had to ask for an update. This kind of peeved me because if you say you're going to follow up on something for a client, you should update them...
I asked if I could reschedule because my partner was waiting in the car and a 15-minute delay + ~10 minutes of threading is kind of a long time to be waiting in a car.
After my proposition to reschedule, they were able to squeeze me in between manicure clients.
Since I was squeezed in, there was hardly assessment and consultation involved in my threading and it overall felt super rushed. Also, no handwashing between nail care (think nail dust from filing) and threading right by my eyes.
I'm bummed I paid $40 for top-tier service and received anything but. My brow tech was nice and all, but the way this salon runs feels overbooked and understaffed.
I will be doing my threading elsewhere.
