I have been a regular customer for quite a while and I must say they have good customers service, and are very good with helpful directives when carrying out activities. They focus on customer satisfaction, and I will advise they maintain the good standard and keep upgrading their patterns.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the store is sluggish and rude. She refused to mail my letter because I asked if adding my address on the envelope was necessary. She insisted that I used a new envelope. I thanked her for her suggestion and did as she asked. she wasted my time and later refused to mail my letter because "I didn't immediately do as she asked"

They in fact do NOT close at 6pm during the week. I work until 5 and tried to hurry and make it. Arrived at 5:52pm and they were closed. So helpful.

I've been going here for years. There is new ownership and the people that purchased it appear to be very kind and very helpful with using the computers printing supplies or purchasing any items in the store. We need a company like this in our area and I'm happy to hear they are doing wonderful
