These people are scumbags. Super aggressive salespeople selling WAY overpriced cosmetics. You can buy quality prescription skincare that actually works from a dermatologists office for less money!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

If I could rate this place at ZERO, then I would, but that's not possible... THIS PLACE IS A SCAM OF THE WORST KIND!Also...BEWARE... It appears that there are SEVERAL LOCATIONS in the Houston Galleria that are directly connected to this OROGOLD shop, but using different names. The ones that I know about are: LePelle (shop near Cheesecake Factory), Premier (kiosk), BellaTerra (2 kiosks), and Lavelier (kiosk). Their employees generally speak English with a lovely accent, and our experience is that most of them are Isreali (at least, that is what they told us).The employees, especially those at the various related kiosks, practically accost people as they pass by the respective kiosk shop locations. The employees are agressive and insistent on accomplishing a sale. They offer a sample to rope you in, but do only half... only one eye, only one cheek, only one smile wrinkle, ... often talking about giving you a special or secret sale price. They continue to pressure you, even if/when you are polite and try to walk away. They target people who are walking alone- often older women, older men, single young men who might have girlfriends or mothers for whom they might buy gifts, etc... and they also target older couples. The prices are VERY EXORBITANT... ranging from a few hundred to thousands of dollars. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. And, it gets worse...We have had a sad, very expensive, disappointing experience. We call it "the seduction". We went for appointment #4 today... no one was there!!(...more detail to come in this review...)

I really dislike the sales person, even more than the product which is a total SCAM! He totally ignored the social distancing and his mask didn’t even cover his nose when he touched you. He lied about everything from the start and pressured you to go into the store saying that he wasn’t looking for a sale but he just wanted to show you even though you declined. Then as soon as you walked into the store he started trying to sell by telling you how much a secret sale he’s offering you and telling you what to do and even pressured you to walk to the counter and make the transaction to seal the deal. Very very uncomfortable experience and waste of money. He is the epitome of dishonesty and manipulation with no regards for your health or will, only his commission for forcing a sale on someone who isn’t even interested in his products.

The workers will first of all beg and or chase you down and force you to get a trial. Then they lie about pricing for bad to no results. They told us it was a $1500 kit online but $150 for us which is her “little secret” complete and utter scam.

(Translated by Google) I went to this store and the seller sold me the products I was not thinking of buying and when I realized that I was being pressured I regretted it and the seller told me: Upps I can not return your money I can only change the purchase. I felt cheated! be careful!!!

As I was at the galleria yesterday I was called in by one of there sales people, who tried to sell me the over priced eye serum for $399!! And said that I have to use it only once a week and that they have a promotion and I would get the moisturizer and the scrub for free.. As he applied the eye serum under one of my eyes, I felt a burning sensation and some tighteness, he said this is normal as it works like botox and it tightens the skin and diminishes the fine lines, puffiness, etc. I almost bought the product but go a bit suspicious as I felt he was pushing in every way to conclude the sale and when I told him I won't make a buy today, he said well I cannot schedule a consultation for your mom and if you come back the promotion may not be available.. At any case, after 30 minutes I was home with an increasing burning sensation under my eye where the serum as applied, after I washed it off, my skin was red and irritated.. And my eye was actually burning all night.. If you have sensitive skin like mine, be very careful and do not get pressured to conclude the sale and make a quick buck out of you.. And also check other reviews on Amazon and Google.. I am so glad I didn't waste this kind of money on a worthless product..
