From start to finish it was nothing shy of a great experience. It is hard to find good customer service these days and Orion has great customer service. The communication was wonderful! I always feel that when it comes to anything with my vehicle I am taken advantage of. I went in with a whole list from the dealership that totaled over $11K worth of work that needed to be done. There were items within that list that didn't need to be completed and was 100% honest about that which is surprising! When comparing apples to apples on what did need to be repaired they were even able to save me money over the dealership. I will be taking all of our vehicles to Orion going forward! Thank you Orion team for your honesty and wonderful service, I will recommend anyone that I know that needs any repairs on their vehicles.

From the detailed digital inspection and estimate to the great communication, my experience with Orion was exceptional. When the needed repairs exceeded nearly the worth of my 2005 BMW, I decided to sell the car. Orion was not only understanding of my decision, they supported it. I found the staff to be very honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them in the future.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. My daughter's 2015 Audi A3 TDI threw a check engine code on a Wednesday evening for a bad DEF injector while she was working on a short-term job in Houston. She called me in Austin in a panic as she had to be in Austin Friday morning. A friend told us about Orion Auto Service. Orion was able to work her in the schedule the very next morning. Marlon, who runs the business, confirmed the problem and sent pictures to me to verify. I found the part at Audi-West 20 miles away. They made the trip to get it for me and installed it that day! She was driving the car again by 6:00 Thursday evening. As a father with a daughter having car problems in a big city 2 hours away, I can't tell you how thankful I was to find this quality shop, and I was amazed at the extent they went out of their way to help us! Exceptional service by Marlon and the crew at Orion!!
