The front is run by a complete man-child named AARON who complains, sasses, curses and throws full blown temper tantrums for minor inconveniences.
The man was completely willing to let me lose almost $200 dollars because he didn’t want to scan my receipt and read a number on a part.
In his words “it’s makes it complicated” when the process took literally less than one minute.
He complained, threw & slammed the part on the counter, made petty rude remarks towards me while he checked the serial number. Complained about how difficult the process was that took literally NO EFFORT.
Didn’t even say anything after he scanned the receipt, just scoffed while he handed me the new receipt. Extremely petty.
There’s constantly a 5 - 10 person line wrapped around the store, every time Aaron checks out a customer he walks away for about 2 - 4 minutes then very slowly walks back to his register. When people approach the register without him saying “next customer” he raises his voice in a whiney cadence and makes sarcastic remarks such as “why are you in a rush?” And “slow down” While there’s 10 people standing behind me & not taking into account I might have some place to be. He seems extremely detached or unable to see customers as PEOPLE instead of bringers of inconvenience.
He curses out loud about customers when they walk away, even if they’re coming right back, he seems to get some sort of pleasure from it. It’s can be for the pettiest reasons but mainly it’s when he has to get out of his seat. Horrible work ethic. Pure laziness, it’s disgusting.
Clearly I have a lot to say and it’s because I’ve been coming here for years. He’s always been this way and him almost losing me a couple hundred dollars because he didn’t want to scan a receipt and read a number is the last straw. Laziness in its purest form. If this establishment has any dignity it will make some changes.
If Aaron sees this, you’re a clerk. You press buttons. Do your job.

This is the worst O’Reillys I’ve ever been to. I called prior to showing up to get my rotors resurfaced and then once I got there, they told me they could not do it. That makes no sense. You guys need to have better communication within your staff. It is unacceptable. You need to do better And learn how to be more professional

Quick stop for oil drain pan. Took longer than expected, but nowhere as long as it would have taken if had gone to 'the Zone'.

Poor customer service especially the commercial side!!! My part was never delivered to be dropped off to the shop it was supposed to be delivered to. My mechanic called to check on it around 5:30 to see if they were on the way because he had told them to drop it off at the shop and his response was “well I thought you were going to pick it, and we have no drivers at the moment” mind you my mechanic had said he wanted it delivered and then my mechanic asked what time the part was delivered, he said it was delivered at 4:30pm he didn’t even bother to call my mechanic to let him know the part was delivered. What a waste of time and the sad part this place has gone down hill. This is not the first time this has happened. Just ridiculous.

I shop here regularly. People are never friendly. Could use a friendlier staff and a little more knowledgeable ... and the store needs a permanent line space area. Like the one they have at Autozone. My last visit, 3 of us made a line for the next available employee. New customers made a different line . I was not going to allow someone to cut in front of me. Especially after being in said line for 15min!

I've exclusively shopped at O'Reilly for auto parts for at least the last decade due to the great customer service I've received in the past.I will now be shopping at the more convenient Auto Zone thanks to the customer service provided by Wayne. Wayne was extremely condescending, unhelpful, and had a really poor attitude. If you see Wayne in the store when you walk in, it's best to do a 180 and shop elsewhere.

Paid cash for a part I go back to get a refund they don’t have cash on hand and want me to drive around to every oreillys to try and find cash are you kidding me manager was very rude about it as well horrible customer service

Came In and was looking for a lockout kit, was looking for the kit with the air bag. Jeremy came from the back and said they did not have that one there. I looked it up on my phone and searched it my self on your website. He said another store had it. I asked if he could call and make sure it was there. He said they show to have two in stock and stayed quiet after that. I'm sorry but that's not good customer service
