I have been having issues with a a car I was working on and Ezekiel at the location was extremely helpful throughout the process. I made several trips and the whole team was great, but Ezekiel was very patient and helped diagnose the issues I was experiencing until I was able to pinpoint the exact problem. I definitely will be back. Thanks for all the help!!!

Came in today could t get some terminals off of a battery then Ryan came to the rescue. They didn’t sell the terminals I needed. He spent time trying to help me out and figured out a solution to my problem. We got it solved and this is why I love Oriellys over Auto Zone they got the extra mile.

Lady working the counter on 06/08/24 @ 7:30pm has a bad attitude and shouldn't be working customer service. I'll take my business to a different parts house. The gentleman I spoke to before her that was working with her was very professional.

Stopped in here when my check engine light came on - Christopher helped me right away! I’ve been to other places where they make you take the reader out to the car and plug it in yourself, but he immediately went out to my car and in seconds got the reading and told me what I needed! Often times it’s intimidating for a young woman to walk in places like these but he took the time to explain things to me and help me out! After doing what he recommended, the light went away! Great service!

I have yet to go to an O'Reilly's Auto parts that hasn't been a five-star establishment. Aside from helping you with any detail that you have for your vehicle, they also have competent staff that can look up parts for you and figure out where it is and when they can get it to you. Additionally their prices are much lower than most of the other auto parts chain so you'd be a fool not to shop there. They are a little rundown looking but it's reflected in the lower prices and the fact that they have a lot more traffic than the other auto parts stores. You can also return your used oil there that's really helpful.

It's an auto parts store so not much to say. It's an older, smaller store so they don't have a lot in stock. Like most of their stores if they have what you need in the warehouse, depending on when you order it, they can have it same day or next day.

Came here for a few car parts and had excellent customer service. I believe his name was Andrew who helped me. As a woman, not knowing how to work on cars, etc, he was very helpful. I appreciate that. I did a little research & O'Reilly was the cheapest out of 2 other stores. A lot of the reviews said that their parts are very good as well.

Came in for wipers and they were able to find them ! I was able to install them and Bosch wipers are amazing!
