Used to work for oreillys know how the system work. But one of your fellow employees with the dreads kept giving me attitude. All cause I ask him to scan my vehicle dint even bother. Like it's not a big deal I came in the morning store was empty.
I tried to purchase an item with a customer account with a PO number dint want to sell it to me. Why work there if you can't do the minimum at your job?

The only autoparts store I attend. They have great prices, very helpful staff, clean store, easy to find everything, and will answer any questions about your vehicle. 10/10 stars.

The guys working night on may, 21st 2024 were extremely helpful in giving me a refund that another store rejected for no reason. They didn't understand why my refund was rejected at the first store located on veterans memorial. I had my receipt and it was under warranty.
It was a socket to remove a o2 sensor BTW. I used it once, same day that u bought it (5-21-24) but it underperformed so I decided to return it.

I went in to get a very expensive light for my wife's headlight and they did not have it in stock, however they searched through the computer and found it at a different O'Reilly's that was nearby which was very helpful. That's why I only shop at O'Reilly's, because they have both the best prices and the best staff.

Yesterday afternoon I purchased two spark plugs for my motorcycle. The brand, line and part number listed on the box was correct (CR9EIA-9 6289). After dinner I began to strip my bike down and when I pulled the old spark plugs and opened the newly purchased plus I saw the protective sleeve was missing and the spark plugs were the wrong size. I googled the number stamped on the plugs and found that they were in the wrong box. As the store had just closed 20min prior I went first thing the following day (today). I don't know if they didn't believe me or if they don't give full refunds but I didn't get the full amount back in return. I paid almost $35 for 2 plugs and only received $21. Needless to say I went to a different store (Advanced Auto) and purchased the spark plugs there. I did receive the correct plugs in the box.

Purchased a Gates K061020 serpentine belt for my 1995 ford E250, 5.8 liter, GVWR over 8800lbs. Part would not fit, the length was too short. Marquese double checked the number and the online information showed it was correct. We measured the belts side by side and the length appeared to be several inches too short. Marquese checked stock and returned with several more of longer length. We compared all of them and I chose the one that was just slightly shorter than the old belt. I installed it and it fit perfectly. Part number was Gates K061045. Great service Marquese!
