When you walk in and you tell the front desk person you need to warranty a set of brakes out and they give you your money back and not a new set of brake pads for a return warranty after he seen the brakes and he heard me say that I need to warranty them out for a new set just pass them up and go to auto zone it is less of a headache

The 2 young men that work the registers don't have mo experience or respect for the customers. When I walked in the store both of them were on there phones. They sold me the wrong wipers and expected for me to accept the installation when as soon as I lifted it up they fell off. The guy said that's how they go there the new upgraded version lol ?. On top of that I paid debit and he wouldn't give me cash back . I came to auto zone down the street and they hot me right ✅️ plus the guy said if they don't fit will give you cash back no questions asked. I'm glad that windshield wiper didn't fall of when I turned them on to test them. My glass would off been ruined. Someone would of got fires ? right there and then. Don't go to this store STAY AWAY

Great place to go when you need important things for your car like windshield wipers power steering fluid break fluid break pads car battery spark plugs and also they have starters for your vehicle & alternators tail lights head lights

Arrived 15 minutes before it closed and for some reason the associate had the door locked, open sign on but he was not interested in helping us or the other customers! If you don’t want to work, QUIT!

I hate to give the store as a whole a bad review but this is the last straw. Today I went into Oriellys to pick up a motor flush noticethe had none on the shelf. Naturally I went to ask the store clerk if they had some in stock. As I approached the counter the person behind the counter says "Oriellys can I help you." So I begin to ask do you have any motor flush. The sales associate says lowly "I wasnt talking to you but anyways." I explained that that was poor customer service and that this was the exact way he had a confrontation with a customer of mine a while back. This is the third time Ive seen this exact same customer service representative have a confrontation witha customer about how he talks to people. He stood up behind the counter as if to intimidate me bcause he wore this necklace of bones or claws or whatever but Im more mature than that situation. I shop and do business with Oriellys all across Houston and in whatever state I have residence. I have never ever felt so disrespected and belittle as a customer in my life. Black male mid to late 20's early 30's stay away from him he has a super bad attitude. I know I won't shop there if I see him there.
