Had the worst experience EVER AROUND THE CORNER AT ADVANCED AUTO. The team here were so kind and helpful. The Latina lady (i apologize for not remembering her name) was kind knowledgeable and respectful. Helped me find the exact part and instructed me on how to install it.

Bad service, they never answer the phone and you have to find out if they have the part so you don't have to go until there if they don't have it.

1. No greeting or offer to assist when you walk in. 2. Cashier does not acknowledge customer when items are placed on counter for check out.
General feeling of not being welcome and employees lack any enthusiasm working at the place. Will not offer assistance even when requested. Re-training suggested to regional manger for all who work there.

The truth is, very bad service, unfortunately, you can't give less but if they don't change a lot of the staff, for example, all those ladies are a pointless store, starting with the three ladies, terrible treatment.
