Sold me the wrong parts for my car and I paid 430.81 in cash. I tried to get my money back at 7:45 pm on a Friday they said come back Saturday morning I did they said they don’t have that kind of money and can give me another part. I didn’t want it and was told come back for a refund in the afternoon I did and was giving attitude how you mad I want my money back for something I can’t use.

I came to this store today and I was looking for a men fanny pack or tool pouch. for atool I have purchased. This associate by the name of Ms.Maudia or more like Ms.Mary. She was truly an awesome lady!!! She was so pleasant,sweet, and very helpful in trying to assist me in finding what I needed. I didn’t get to talk to a manager, but I usually talk to a manager and go online, to put a review. This lady went above and beyond to help me look for what I came in for. Please whoever the manager may be, please recognize this lady for providing and giving great customer service. I am a happy and satisfied customer who gives her 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried to buy a transmission filter kit. The cashier said don't worry about the box. It's just damaged. Everything inside is good. All I opened it up before I got home and realized that he sold me a used part that did not even fit my vehicle! It had cakes of dirt and oil all over it. Luckily I was able to return it to another O'Reilly's nearby since I purchased it less than 1 hour before. Apparently they were familiar with the practices from this store

Title: Terrible Experience at Oreilly's Hwy 6 locationRating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently visited Oreilly in search of some much-needed auto parts, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of horrendous. From the moment I entered the store until the time I left, it was a complete disaster.First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any knowledge about the products they were supposed to be selling. When I asked for assistance, they were either unavailable or unwilling to help. It was clear that they lacked any passion or dedication for their jobs.To make matters worse, the store's inventory was severely lacking. I expected to find a wide range of auto parts, but instead, the selection was limited and poorly organized. The shelves were in disarray, making it incredibly difficult to find what I needed. It was frustrating to spend so much time searching for a simple item that should have been readily available.Moreover, the quality of the parts I did manage to find was questionable at best. Many of the items appeared used or damaged, and there were no guarantees or warranties offered. It felt like a gamble purchasing anything from this store, as there was no assurance that the parts would actually work or last.The prices here were exorbitant, especially considering the subpar quality of the products. I found the same items for a fraction of the cost at other reputable auto parts stores. It was clear that this store was trying to take advantage of customers by charging inflated prices for inferior merchandise.Lastly, the overall cleanliness and organization of the store were unacceptable. The aisles were cluttered, and the store had a neglected appearance. It was clear that no effort was being made to maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against visiting this location. The lackluster customer service, limited inventory, poor product quality, high prices, and overall disarray make it clear that this store is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and customer-focused auto parts store elsewhere like Autozone.

Went in to replace my stock headlight bulbs for my tundra. Miguel (Mike) took the time to explain the benefits of LED bulbs versus the stock brightness. Took his advice and now after installing it feel ssafer and looks great! Definitely would recommend this location!

The manager, Joey was a great help, the young employee not so helpful, he was in the middle of helping another customer, so i said excuse me, i think i might need a battery, can i turn my car off, i didn't appreciate the way he answered me, but what can we expect from the youth of today. Joey was great and because of him I'm giving your store a five star rating, great job Joey, keep up the good work ? ? ?. He deserves recognition!!!!
