I went here to have my battery checked out. The first lady I spoke to immediately tried to shut me down by saying they couldn’t do it and that their equipment wasn’t working. Then after saying I’d just go to auto zone another man huffed and brought out a device that was magically working and checked my battery. He said it was weak and that the alternator wasn’t working, then nothing else. Then I asked if they could check my engine light and the man walked away without a word and sent out a different guy to help with that. This man was nice but then the device they use to check the engines wouldn’t read correctly and we had to go back and forth to the car 4 times. He ultimately had to just write the codes down and look them up, which I’m grateful for. He’s the only reason I’m giving two stars and not one.
Overall the store needs updated equipment and some of the associates need customer service training. If they had shown even a sliver of interest in helping me, I might have bought a new battery.
Also, it was my starter not working, not the alternator.

Just left this location after a 45 minute drive and dealt with a woman and a young man who were too lazy to even CHECK if we had an order at the back. I had to ask her multiple times to walk 7 ft. to even check. As a woman who work in cars, she's an embarrassment to woman in this industry. She acted as if she had no idea how to do a simple job.

The district manager is dropping the ball if he can't employ people that want to work an perform at a level that they themselves would expect being a customer...people standing around doing nothing then telling you will have to wait bc they are short personnel...autozone, advanced auto didn't act that way when we walked in they even greated us...if you can't even do the basics just stay home !

Sold me the wrong parts for my car and I paid 430.81 in cash. I tried to get my money back at 7:45 pm on a Friday they said come back Saturday morning I did they said they don’t have that kind of money and can give me another part. I didn’t want it and was told come back for a refund in the afternoon I did and was giving attitude how you mad I want my money back for something I can’t use.

I came to this store today and I was looking for a men fanny pack or tool pouch. for atool I have purchased. This associate by the name of Ms.Maudia or more like Ms.Mary. She was truly an awesome lady!!! She was so pleasant,sweet, and very helpful in trying to assist me in finding what I needed. I didn’t get to talk to a manager, but I usually talk to a manager and go online, to put a review. This lady went above and beyond to help me look for what I came in for. Please whoever the manager may be, please recognize this lady for providing and giving great customer service. I am a happy and satisfied customer who gives her 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried to buy a transmission filter kit. The cashier said don't worry about the box. It's just damaged. Everything inside is good. All I opened it up before I got home and realized that he sold me a used part that did not even fit my vehicle! It had cakes of dirt and oil all over it. Luckily I was able to return it to another O'Reilly's nearby since I purchased it less than 1 hour before. Apparently they were familiar with the practices from this store
