I came to this o'Reilly for the first time to get an oil filter for changing oil. The lady staff was very friendly and helpful and directed me to the right section in a few seconds after I shared what I needed.It's nice that we can leave a bucket of old oil over there as they take care of them. When I do changing oil, I'll come by again!Keep up the good work! Cheers

These people don’t even deserve one star. The entire team from the manager to staff are bad reputation for oreilly. They are not interested to work, never mind building relationships with clients. We don’t want to put anyone in trouble but want to have them trained to handle their functions.

Mr Kenneth is A ok!!! Very knowledgeable about cars and will get you in and out in no time. Keeps his word on when everything will be ready and knows how to get you back up and going. When AAA told me they would not replace my battery because it was too complicated of a job since I had a frame over the battery he got his tools, took it off, and slipped that battery in all by himself. Thank you Mr. Kenneth!!

Right away sevce Eddie greeting with a smile very helpful we had a small problem so Eddie called on Jonny how is very familiar store and parts after doing a little research Jonny new what I was looking for a crank position sensor because of this too guy s I left being a pappy customer . Thank you

I was headed back home out of state and my windshield wiper fell off. It had already rained hard earlier in the day and more rain was expected. Mr. Ken was extremely helpful! He made sure my kids and I got back on the road with working windshield wipers. He didn't just make sure the one that fell off was working properly, he tested both. Thank you so much!!

On August 31st, between noon and 2PM, I came to this O’Reilly store to pick up a part that was ordered from a different location. As soon as I walked in, the man in the counter (an older Hispanic man with glasses), began to make jokes about my T-shirt. I attempted to ignore him but then, when I didn’t answer his question, he made jokes about my intelligence. To make matters worse, the woman next to him who was stocking shelves (blonde hair, adult) began laughing at his jokes loudly. He didn’t make one joke, he made PLENTY. The whole time he was trying to be funny, his sidekick laughed at me. All I wanted to do was to pick up a part, but instead these people took it upon themselves to make me feel humiliated. I did not get their names which is why I attached descriptions. If employees are allowed to do this to customers, I never ever want to step foot in an O’Reilly’s again, nor do I recommend others to do so.
