Johna and all the Christophers(yes,they have that many guys with the same name) went out of their way to help me.
My call stalled while driving and they all did their utmost best to duplicate the problem.

The cashier ignored me and helped 2 other people who got in line after I did but who followed him when he went to check something at another register. He left one customer standing at the 1st register, where we were all in line. The 2 people behind me left the line and followed the cashier and began asking him questions. He then helped them, one at a time. When he started helping the second one, I left the store.
The 1st customer was still waiting at the 1st register.
Long-time O'Reilly customer (since the early 80s). Not any more. Definitely won't ever go back to that store on Briar Forest near Wilcrest, even though it is the nearest car parts store to my house.

Alfonso was extremely helpful. We took our old truck in for a check engine light and he explained the code, the issue, and what the repair would be. He let us know it wasn’t an urgent repair that needed to be done right now which put us at ease.
