Went to get some oil and a few other things which they had. The staff was friendly and assisted with any questions I had. The storefront is clean as well, but be prepared for a wait in line because it seems like there are only 1 or 2 staffers at the register,so lines build up quickly.

Speedy front checkout guys. The line was so long, but I was out the door in 20 minutes with everything I needed. Polite people there. Would recommend for a girl who doesn't know anything about cars!!!

No people in the front nobody attended the customers I think so long to wait but 30 minutes to somebody attended and bunch of people in the line that’s not good store

Rude representative. Unfortunately. I asked a very simple question to buy related tools the associate acted very rudely. The question was what type of tool would open these nuts ? That's it.
Edit: After the response of O,Reilly, I wanna elaborate more:
Not every representative is rude, it was my unlucky time to come across one of them in that location. I hope all the best to everybody

(Elvira) was so rude i’ve been dealing with O’Reilly for long time. I have a commercial account when I enter there she didn’t ever respect me Not even tried to answer me or say hi . so she should be more carful and polite i hope somebody teach her how to be more respectful.

Had a tough issue using the O'Reilly website to determine the bulb for my vehicle. I searched "low beam", selected my vehicle and the website gave me the part numbers for what turned out to be the HIGH beam bulbs in stock. Bought the part listed by the website. I disassembled and discovered the mistake and had to get in my other vehicle and drive back to the store for an exchange to get the low beam bulb!
I will ask the personnel to verify next time instead of relying on the O'Reilly website!
