The guys do their best but badly understaffed. Rebuilt alternators are built in Mexico and standards are low. The alternator test bench has been broken for sometime. You're on your own. The other O'rilleys are the same.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Tell me they don't have enough cash to do my return. Then instead of calling other locations to assist. They would rather me drive all over Houston until I succeed on my own. Then when I call to verify I will be back in the a.m. they will not answer the phone period. Thank you Lenny for all you help. You should probably be a Walmart greeter for you next job. But even then your not qualified.

Lenny sucks. I spent 250 dollars on a battery and dude watched me struggle with the little girl Janeth for an hour . Then walking away to take break. Dude didn’t get eye contact with me or my mother. I have one arm in cast. Lenny sucks and isn’t a man, to watch myself(with one arm ), my mom, and Janeth struggle with battery after paying this establishment over $200. Management seems attentive to reviews, and that I am grateful for. Give me early Xmas present and sent Lenny to retirement, and promote Janeth. She held your company up on her own shoulders tonight.Thank you .Janeth..

As long as you don't run into Jerry on the evening shift, the service is good... he apparently feels wiping counters and talking to co-workers is more important than helping customers then have the audacity to have an attitude when you ask for his assistance ?

I just wanted to come on here and say that MS.Shay is a wonderful employee she was extremely helpful on getting me the proper parts that I needed and even when the customer before me was holding up the line and being very disrespectful to her she kept her composure and I just wanted to let you guys know you all picked an awesome employee and I tip my hat to her
