If I could I would give this establishment and the company in general a 0 star review, they advertise “Limited warranty” on their products and is not entirely true, what they don’t tell you is that the warranty only includes a “one time” replacement of the part and no where in the website it states this, here’s the definition of Limited Warranty according to their website:1) Limited WarrantyO’Reilly Auto Parts offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for any product purchased from O’Reilly Auto Parts including, but not limited to: hardware, vehicle parts, or accessories, as supplied by the manufacturer, which is non-transferable, and made ONLY to the original purchaser.Most of O’Reilly Auto Parts’ products are covered by this Limited Warranty, however, some exceptions may apply.This Limited Warranty begins when you purchase the product and lasts for the length of time described in the product’s warranty.The warranty period may also vary depending on the product.On top of that, the lady that works there is extremely rude, I called to ask a question about a warranty in a power steering pump and she placed me on hold for 10 minutes and 32 seconds, after that the call got “disconnected”, I called again, she answered, I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name, she replied by asking “what’s your name?” I gave her my name and phone number, she said that she found it and quickly hung up on me, I tried to call again, she never answered.I found out later that her name is Jessica.I know that this review will not even get noticed by the monster of a company like this one but it’s at least a way to make other people aware of the experience I and other customers have had from this place.From my side I’m taking my business to Autozone, their WARRANTY is a bit better.

Save your time and gas. Please visit another location. They denied me an engine light check because it was “cold”. The temperature was 72 at the time of the visit. I asked was he serious at the time and he stated it is against company policy to service in the cold climates.This is completely unacceptable. Lazy and unethical.

DONT BE FOOLED BY ALL THESE FAKE REVIEWS ( Customer service is terrible my car was broken down OUTSIDE and nobody wanted to help me change my battery after getting a new one from them since when does Oreilly not do battery replacements expecially having a old model ! ) shaking my head . AUTOZONE HELPED ME IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AND REPLACED MY BATTERY WITHIN 5 MINUTES , IM MOVING MY BUSINESS TO AUTOZONE.

Very helpful experienced people. As a master auto technician i know! They recommend lastest technology aftermarket items i was not even aware of. With a promise if not satisfied 100% ,refund. Beat that. 100% satisfied with what i bought.

Ladies if you need some from here like fluids to go in your car. You will have to do it yourself or be a man to get help from a man here. I gave them 3 stars because they looked at my car in the computer to tell me what brand of fluid to use?

Excellent customer service even though I didn’t buy anything. I had a check engine light on. However, after they hooked up the diagnostic it was only time to change the oil. I did ask about my rear wheel bearings. The manager gave me some sage advice.
