Employees at this location are friendly and store is well stocked, but... This store is chronically understaffed. Manager needs to step it up. I have been here multiple times, and the line is always outrageous with only 2 people working the floor.

This place has no regard for online shoppers. I have ordered via the website several times for pick up at store 468 at 6543 Bissonnet, my confirmation email always says my order should be ready in an hour. I usually wait 2 hours or more, sometimes 3 with no update. I end up calling and saying I had an online order, at that point I am usually accommodated and told it's ready. When I show up, I go directly to the Pick Up desk and get my stuff without a problem. The last two times I did this, I experienced a deterioration in the service I received. The first out of these two times, no one answered the phone, but when I showed up, I got in the Pick Up desk line and was served immediately. On my last visit (ever!), I called 2 times, no one picked up the phone, so I drove over. When I got there, I got in the Pick Up desk line and was asked by the guy working there if I didn't see the line. I said that I had an on line order. He said it didn't matter and I still had to get in line. I said that I was able to pick up my stuff last time without waiting. He actually said, "I don't mean to be disrespectful, but you still have to get in line." I repeated that I had an online order and I was able to pick it up right away the last time. He tried to tell me that there was no indication that that desk was for on line pick up. I pointed to the 4'x8' sign behind him and said that sign said Pick Up desk. He said that I still had to wait in line. I had written a complaint and received a standard apology and asked if I wanted a follow up from the district manager, I replied that I did and left my phone number. Two and a half weeks later, no response. I might be done with O'Reily, I'm certainly done with that store.
