I went to exchange a part for warranty with everything and ticket, they sent me to the place where I bought the part because according to them it was not a part from there (Oreilly).. I went to a different Oreilly and they instantly made the warranty valid for me.. it's not the store, if not the employees agree more I can't be...?

When you go to this place for a scan of your car, either they don't have the scanner or they don't have time, bad service is not the business, it's the employees.

Came to this location because the Telephone road location has zero customer service. This location greeted us instantly and has excellent customer service. No waiting 20-30 minutes to buy something simple…. We were in and out!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced, I called and they told me to hold and then immediately hang up the phone, I called again and here I am on hold for 10 minutes.

Bad service . They give the wrong parts or they don’t know where the parts are at . They need new management . The new people that work their are trash jose u need organized ur personal Grisel is the best worker I recommend her when u call or walking in the store she have best experience in parts and location of parts
