Draylin here at the Scarsdale location was extremely helpful. I own Above The Rest Automotive and when called to tell him what I needed he didn't hesitate to order the parts requested. When I arrived he knew who I was and jumped right in to help. Thanks again for prompt service. I use OReilly all across the Houston area and it's hard to find good help. If I'm in need of this location again, hopefully Draylin will still be working here.

The guy behind the counter was terrible at helping me. He was dirty and had inch long nasty fingernails. It looked as he had not bathed in days, it was still early in the morning when I came in. If he cannot give proper customer service or have good hygiene they need to find someone else.

Response to owner added. Original post - Cindy the new store manager was supposed to give me a refund instead she charged my credit card. Now I'm out $122 and I called corporate customer service and they agreed; have all the documentation in their customer service text logs. O'Reilly corporate instructed Cindy to refund the charge and then apply the refund. She never complied. I'll never shop at O'Reilly again, this happened at the Bay Area Blvd store, beware shoppers.Below is the follow up response from the owner - I have reached out to O'Reilly customer support using their text function on September 29, 2023 at 3:51 PM; after talking with multiple departments the treasury department said they called the store and talked with Cindy who would correct the charge and refund the same amount. The exact text is "She was instructed to process two refunds to you." This never happened.I called Cindy on Saturday November 25 and she said she does not work at that O'Reilly she moved to Scarsdale. This is why I posted this feedback at both locations.This entire matter has been documented in a 5-page word document including all the downloaded text messages. How about the new store manager refund my money, I can bring by the proof?Not sure the point of contacting corporate again? Given I've tried to resolve in numerous ways with them which is what produced the documentation.So you want me to reach out again to try and solve the matter, why not just refund the money?

I went in to buy a car battery and the manager Cindy sold me the wrong battery for my car. So after two days of jumping the car to get it started, I returned and was then told that I would have to go to a different location to have a new battery installed as she didn’t have the available staff. This was a blessing because the staff at the other location were very knowledgeable and helpful, unlike Cindy who acted like she was too busy to provide good customer service.

Slow slow people.I was standing there at the checkout for 15’ and the cashier girl and a customer still not finished discussing parts. The girl saw me with only one item in hand but didn’t do anything.
