It was bad, bad customer service, especially the manager, she's all ungraceful, like everything bothers her, she doesn't even want to work there if she doesn't like helping clients.

I came in today because I needed quick scan all the employees acted incompetent and unprofessional.I had check engine light all refused help me because they’re 10 dollar scanner would get wet when they could just put it under the jacket.I went to advance auto parts they was ready to help didn’t turn me away.This was very unprofessional dont bring your car here for a scan when is a rainy day because they will all act incompetent wont help you.

Helpful employee waited till I was ready to check out without rushing or pressuring me. Also, he didn't push me to buy more than I needed. Even though I'm a female, he didn't automatically assume that I am incapable of working on a car myself and treat me like an invalid. I was impressed with his knowledge and professional manner. I went to this store yesterday and was helped by the manager Itzy. It’s been a while since I’ve come across someone, male or female, working in an Oreillys or any store like it that was able to assist me and knew what they were doing. Seems like most people pretend that they do but when it comes down to it you’d be better off watching You Tube and doing it yourself. Thank you Itzy for standing out in the industry. It’s no wonder you are a manager. You deserve a raise.
