It was bad, bad customer service, especially the manager, she's all ungraceful, like everything bothers her, she doesn't even want to work there if she doesn't like helping clients.

I came in today because I needed quick scan all the employees acted incompetent and unprofessional.I had check engine light all refused help me because they’re 10 dollar scanner would get wet when they could just put it under the jacket.I went to advance auto parts they was ready to help didn’t turn me away.This was very unprofessional dont bring your car here for a scan when is a rainy day because they will all act incompetent wont help you.
