I came in because my check engine light turned on. Less than 24 hrs later and that light is off thanks to the help of several people at this store! Helped me find the part that I needed for way less than I anticipated and answered all of my probably uninformed questions with wells of endless patience. Thanks to having to come back a few times over the course of fixing my problem, I probably interacted with most of the staff and every one was so helpful and nice.

I had an emergency literally few minutes before this store closed. And Angela and Joshua stayed to help me get my truck working. That's the true meaning of customer service. They didn't rush cause it was time to leave they made sure that what they could do got done! Thank you guys! I'll be seeing yall at the stadium come season!

have literally never used or downloaded yelp before but i felt the need after having the worst service i've ever had at a business, i spent 300+ today getting stuff for a tune up sparkplugs were supposed to come in at 3pm i was there at 3pm waited an hour for no show sparkplugs end up trying to do the rest of the tune up i can come to find out the front brakes are to small so i take them back to this location while also trying to get my sparkplugs (which never showed up) which isn't this stores fault but the service after one of the employees needed to call a few people to find out there are no sparkplugs and they would need to be re ordered was absolutely terrible getting annoyed for having to call so many people, then i say these breaks didn't fit they were to small i need the right ones and employee opens the box sees there's light brake dust on them after comparing them to my old ones and calls his manager, assistant manager "Angela" then proceeds to tell me she cannot refund those pads as they look worn and installed to which i reiterated they were to small for me to even install i need the right ones so then tells me i need to come back in the morning and see if their main manager wanted to refund them to which i said again i don't want them refunded i want them exchanged for probably the 5th time and that the morning wouldn't work for me to which the employees basically kicked me out of the store left the computer i was standing at for them to help me moved to a different computer and just started helping other people waiting in line, so i just left came back with the customer who needed their car finished today and then assistant manager begins to reiterate that she cannot refund the pads under her own "discretion" as an assistant manager and we would need to come back down in the morning to talk to her manager, with the reasoning being they look installed and worn and at this point after saying they were to small to install for maybe the 11th time i'm starting to lose my temper i call my friend who owns the shop i took it too to try and talk to this lady and she is just repeating herself after we keep telling her they were to small to install, "oh well did you really need to touch all four pads?" and after going back and forth with assistant manager "Angela" we are just trying to get these pads replaced and she goes "oh well the only way i think i could refund these is if you were trying to get different ones?" after i myself personally told "Angela" that i wanted them exchanged for the right fit over 10 times and the customer told her over 5 times then starts blatantly lying to the customer saying i came in just a moment ago and got irritated with them when they wouldn't "refund the pads" and that i had never mentioned that i wanted them exchanged for other pads, to which the customer then also gets frustrated because customer knows "angela" is lying and we had been trying to get these pads exchanged for almost 2 hours at that point, once again i've never written a review before or even downloaded yelp before but i absolutely felt the need after the treatment i experienced as a customer just trying to get a simple tune up done to a customers car hoping someone sees this review on their maps to hopefully avoid going to this location with the worst customer service and assistant manager i've ever encountered -Assistant manager "Angela" completely ruined my night and my customers night and i hope the customer service issue is resolved.

They have the most UN knowledgeable staff and customer service is horrible and the ladies who work there have an attitude. No knowledge of cars.

I always come to this o Reilly location. But I never seen this employee . Justina was very helpful and gave me good information of the parts that I need it and information that I didn't know .She even help me check my motor oil.Wonderful employee and very helpful, friendly and willing to help the customers. O Reilly needs more employees like her.IM VERY HAPPY THAT I CAME TO THIS LOCATION AND FOUND HER...GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP. JUSTINA.
